Life is about balance, and our communities to the west of Edmonton offer the best of both worlds. You’ll enjoy the quieter settings of Spruce Grove and Stony Plain, and still be able to easily access Greater Edmonton when you need it.

Just a 15 minute drive from Edmonton’s west side, Spruce Grove is growing and thriving. To enhance its natural setting, the city has over 40 kilometres of linked all-weather trails. We have two communities here: one emerging and one well-established.

Easton is Spruce Grove’s newest community, and we have big plans for it. The community’s outdoor amenities will feature a landscaped storm pond, playground, parks, multi-use trails and an environmental reserve.

    A simple commute

Easton is conveniently located with easy access to Highway 16A, providing a direct route to west Edmonton and Anthony Henday Drive.

Explore the playground and spray park at Jubilee Park, as well as the Henry Singer baseball diamonds.

    Golfing options

The area offers a variety of golf courses and driving ranges, including The Links at Spruce Grove.

    Brand-new builds

Build your family’s dream home in one of three available Home Styles: Single Family Front Attached Garage, Single Family Rear Lane, or Townhome.
