Edmonton Home Builder Spotlight: Part 4

Written by Kirsten Warwick | November 8, 2016

Part of what makes a new community great is the builders who construct the homes within it. This is why Qualico Communities takes pride in providing homeowners with only the best local builders to choose from in our communities. They've been chosen due to their high standards of excellence.

In part four of our Edmonton Home Builder Spotlight, we feature three more amazing local home builders, building in one or more of our communities across the capital region.

Dedication Given by Victory Homes

Building throughout the Edmonton region since 2009, Victory Homes has made a lasting impact through their dedication to timeless architecture and customer satisfaction.

Victory Homes is currently building in three Qualico communities, including Laurel Crossing, Forest Ridge in Fort Saskatchewan, and Leduc’s Meadowview community. In each community you will be introduced to the amazing detail Victory puts into each home they build.

In the newest phase of Laurel Crossing, Victory Homes has built The Fermillion, a 2,433 square foot show home with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The front entrance welcomes you to a beautiful living room that opens up to the second floor, spacious kitchen and stunning finishes and fixtures.

In Forest Ridge, Victory Homes recently opened its Azalea show home, a 2,491 square foot estate home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Its sleek modern design includes a huge garage that can even fit your RV with its extra tall door.

In Meadowview, the Victorian II show home will also provide residents of that community with a spacious home. With three bedrooms and bathrooms, this 2,171 square ft. home could provide you with the home you and your family have been looking for.

Team Look Builds with Passion

Look Master Builder offers exceptional value in every home and is passionate about building you and your family a home you can be proud of.

Having built homes in the Edmonton region for more than ten years, Look Master Builder is building in the Qualico community of Ruisseau. Located in the quiet bedroom community of Beaumont, they are currently constructing single family and duplex style homes.

Visitors will soon be able to tour their brand new show home in Ruisseau, named the Aspect. This beautiful 2,265 square foot home comes with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and also includes a spacious garage that provides room for three vehicles. You'll find “his and hers” walk-in closets in the master bedroom and a second-floor laundry room as well.

While Look Master Builder helps build communities, they also put a lot of effort to sustaining them as well. They often take on several community service initiatives, including their support of the Edmonton Public Library’s EPL2GO program, which supports early literacy through games, crafts and story time.

Something Special from StreetSide Developments

Being a Qualico company and benefiting from 65 years of building experience, StreetSide brings its unique offering to Qualico Communities with condos, townhomes, and executive-style bungalows.

StreetSide is currently building in several different Qualico communities: Ambleside South, Cy Becker, Laurel Crossing, and Summerwood in Sherwood Park.

In Ambleside, there are a variety of modern two-bedroom bungalows with optional basement development. The focal point of these models is the family room, providing lots of open space for hosting friends and family.

The townhomes being built in Edmonton’s northeast community of Cy Becker have proved to be very popular. With fabulous shopping and recreational amenities nearby, homeowners don’t need to go far from home to access the services they need. If they do, however, the newly opened section of Anthony Henday Drive ensures they have quick access to the entire Edmonton region.

The quality and value of the homes built by StreetSide Developments are proven by how quickly their home models sell. With only a small number of homes still available in these communities, you’ll want to explore your options before it’s too late!
