Unique Selections With Rohit Communities
Rohit Communities started building its first homes in Edmonton in 1986, and is now currently building in two of Qualico’s communities; Sienna in Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park’s Summerwood and Cy Becker.
Rohit presents a unique offer in Sienna with its split duplex, which positions one garage at the front of the home, and the other in the rear. There are not many places where this home type is on the market, making it an excellent choice for those that are interested. These models range between 1,300 to 1,500 square feet and offer either two or three bedrooms.
Rohit will also be opening two front attached duplexes in Summerwood, which will offer up to 1,500 square feet of space with two and three bedroom models.
