    This community is ideally situated off Ellerslie Road and 170th Street, conveniently located near a host of popular shopping and entertainment venues including the Currents of Windermere, West Edmonton Mall, Terwilleger Heights Towne Square and South Edmonton Common.

    If you’d prefer to keep a little closer to nature, you might want to take a ride or walk down to the North Saskatchewan River Valley; host to plenty of parks, trails and access to other neighbourhoods full of green spaces, playgrounds and golf courses. Langdale also boasts nearly four kilometres of urban forest, viewing decks and landscaped ponds.

The Jackie Parker Recreation Area is also just moments away featuring hiking trails, a lake, a newly constructed playground and waterpark, an off-leash dog area and the Millwoods Golf Couse. During those winter days head indoors to the Meadows Rec Centre, just a short distance away.

    This up-and-coming neighbourhood is also in close proximity to an array of amenities including several shopping venues (Millwoods Town Centre, Rio-Can Meadows and South Edmonton Common), a new Public Library, Grey Nuns Hospital, a brand new school opening in 2017, and much more.
